Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Shipping times vary by destination across India and the Gulf.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a refund or replacement assessment.

Unopened products in original packaging may be eligible for return within the stated window. Contact us before sending items back.

Perfumes, Attar, Bakhoor and air fresheners are eligible when unused and sealed, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
